Margaux Senlis is a Paris-born photographer living and working between Paris and Arles/France. In 2018 she made her BA degree at the Gobelins in Paris and is currently working on her masters degree at the École nationale supérieure de la Photographie. For Margaux photography is a way of communication and a tool of telling stories. Through portraits, still life, and landscapes, she tries to convey and sensibilize people about subjects that touch her.

Curators Statement:
‘Milk & Honey’ continues with our second Solo-Show with french photographer Margaux Senlis. For her photography is a tool for storytelling and documentation. She developed a narrative approach through still life, installations and landscapes with the aim to symbolise her sensitivity. In her work warm colours and soft lighting are essential and evoke positive feelings to the viewer. Senlis invites to a conversation on sensible subjects that touch her.
