Matthias Aschauer

Matthias Aschauer was born in rural upper Austria and has been living in Vienna as a student (fotoK) / photographer / artist for over a decade. His work ranges from commercial photography to various personal projects and conceptual documentary work, mostly dealing with questions of culture and identity. In his more recent work (in progress) he also focuses on the recontextualization of everyday objects.
